Daily Food Journal Day 4: Oct 25, 2010





Breakfast:  Pumpkin Pancakes
I didn't eat the whole stack



Lunch:  Brown rice penne with sauteed veggies and kippered snacks
Didn't get to the acorn squash

Dinner:  Acorn squash over white rice
Don't forget the Garlic chili sauce
