Budget Friendly Gluten-Free Pantry Staples

This is an absolute standard for building up a healthy pantry that won't break the bank.  It consists of food that needs to be prepped, such as rice and beans, with some easy go-to snack items for when you've just got to head out the door.

Gluten-free doesn't have to be expensive or too time consuming.  With a little planning and creativity, it's really fun.
