Daily Food Journal Day 6: Oct 27, 2010

Breakfast:
Kasha Hot Cereal  It's sort of like Grape Nuts, but warm and gluten-free...so nothing like Grape Nuts.
Lunch:
Creamy Vegan Potato Soup
Dinner:
A leftover mash with rice, corn, delecata squash, sauteed veggies and Yellow Tail

Dessert:
More Yummy Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

  1. This blog aware me about different programs which can become very useful for our friends and kids. Few websites provide combined courses and few of the are separately for single subject. Glad to get this information.
